Michael frequently appears in court at the Federal District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, as well as in New York State Courts, handling high-profile white-collar criminal cases, related civil litigation, and internal investigations. His previous experience as a senior attorney in the U.S. Attorney's Office has endowed him with a unique insight into government investigation strategies and evidence structures, enabling him to accurately identify vulnerabilities in cases and secure favorable outcomes for his clients.
